Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All items at EMMAAURA ODILE are Made to Order and handcrafted by our leather artisans upon purchase. Because each piece is individually made for you, we are unable to accept refunds for reasons such as size or personal preference.

As each piece is offered in limited first-run quantities, we do offer a one-time exchange for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emmaaura.usa@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

PRODUCTION TIME
Each item is Made to Order and handcrafted by our leather artisans. Please allow approximately 1 month before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
EMMAAURA ODILE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped. Please contact us if your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days.
